Gin & Tonic
- Lavishly fill your glass with ice
- Measure 50 mL of the gin of your choice and pour it into your glass
- Choose a tonic of your liking
- Pour the tonic slowly over the twisted handle of the bar spoon
- Garnish to the flavors of the gin accordingly
- Finish before the ice melts π


Mojito
- Cut 1 half a lime in 4 equal parts and piut them into your glass
- Add 3 heaping spoons of cane sugar
- Muddle the limes in the sugar to release the juice
- Add a little bit of soda water to dissolve the sugar
- Stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved
- Bruise the mint leaves by clapping them between your palms, rub them on the rim of the glass and drop them in
- Lavishly fill the glass with crushed ice
- Measure 50 mL of white rum and add it to the glass
- To up with soda water
- Stir up multiple times and garnish with a spring of mint
- Sip it on sensual rumba rhythms from faraway Cuba π
Mai Tai
- Measure 30mL of Dark Rum and pour it into the shaker
- Add 30mL of Spiced Rum to the shaker
- Squeeze 1 half a lime
- Add 20mL of orange juice
- Add 30mL of pineapple juice
- Add 10mL of orgeat syrup
- Add 10mL of cane sugar syrup
- Add 1/2 bar spoon of Angostura bitters
- Put a handful of ice cubes into the cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously until the shaker is well-chilled and frosty on the outside
- Strain into a double Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice
- Garnish with pineapple, a Maraschino cherry and a fresh mint sprig
- Enjoy this Tiki awesomeness π


Whiskey Sour
- Measure 40 mL of whiskey and pour it into the cocktail shaker
- Squeeze 1 half a lemon into the shaker
- Add 20 mL of cane sugar syrup
- Add a handful of ice cubes
- Shake vigorously until the shaker is well-chilled and frosty on the outside
- Strain into a tumbler glass
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and a Maraschino cherry
- Enjoy the simple side of life π
Old Fashioned
- Use a peeler to cut a long slice of lemon zest and put it in the tumbler glass
- Cut a long slice of orange zest and put it in the tumbler
- Add 1 cube of cane sugar in the tumbler
- Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters on the cane sugar
- (1 dash = 7 drops)
- Crush the cane sugar with the flat top of the bar spoon and muddle it with citrus peels
- Add a little bit of soda water and stir to dissolve the sugar
- Measure 50 mL of whiskey and add it to the tumbler
- Add several ice cubes
- Stir the ice with bar spoon to create melt water
- Measure 10 mL of cane sugar syrup and add it to the glass
- (This is optional, but makes the drink more accessible)
- Add a splash of soda and stir.
- (Don’t overdo or you will get a diluted drink)
- Garnish with a cocktail cherry and enjoy π


Zombie
- Measure 40 mL of dark rum and pour it into the shaker
- Add 40 mL of white rum to the shaker
- Add 40 mL of triple sec to the shaker
- Squezze 1 half a lemon into the shaker
- Squeeze 1 half a lime
- Add 60 mL orange juice
- Add 60 mL of passion fruit syrup
- Add 10 mL of grenadine syrup
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- (1 dash = 7 drops)
- Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker
- Shake vigorously until the shaker is well-chilled and frosty on the outside
- Strain into a large cocktail glass
- Garnish with pineapple and a Maraschino cherry
- Enjoy this creature of the undead π
Spritz
- Put half a slice of orange into a large wine glass and muddle it a bit with a bar spoon to release juice
- Fill the glass lavishly with ice
- Add 60 mL of prosecco to the glass
- Add 40 mL of Aperol
- Add 20 mL of Soda Water
- Stir, add a straw and enjoy


Belgroni
- Put half a slice of orange into a ltumbler glass and muddle it a bit with a bar spoon to release juice
- Add several ice cubes to the glass
- Measure 30 mL of Biercee Gin and add it to the tumbler glass
- Add 30 mL of Biercee Bitter
- Add 30 mL of Biercee Red Vermouth
- (Red Vemouth should be stored in teh fridge after opening)
- Stir with a bar spoon
